Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Initiate and develop new sales opportunities through diverse channels including digital research, targeted campaigns, and direct outreach.
  • Client Engagement & Appointment Setting: Secure valuable phone and in-person appointments for our Branch Managers and Sales Leadership, facilitating initial client interactions.
  • Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling digital presentations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing our comprehensive service offerings.
  • Lead Nurturing & Qualification: Qualify and nurture leads generated from digital marketing efforts, industry conferences, and trade shows.
  • CRM Expertise: Leverage Salesforce and other CRM platforms to meticulously manage sales pipelines, track activities, and maintain accurate client data.
  • Existing Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service adoption and product sales within our existing customer base.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B commercial sales.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales and generating new revenue.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully execute cold calling strategies and qualify leads.
  • Strong collaborative spirit and a positive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Inherent drive and enthusiasm for the entire sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
