Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Prospecting: Initiate and develop new sales opportunities through diverse channels including digital research, targeted campaigns, and direct outreach.
- Client Engagement & Appointment Setting: Secure valuable phone and in-person appointments for our Branch Managers and Sales Leadership, facilitating initial client interactions.
- Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling digital presentations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing our comprehensive service offerings.
- Lead Nurturing & Qualification: Qualify and nurture leads generated from digital marketing efforts, industry conferences, and trade shows.
- CRM Expertise: Leverage Salesforce and other CRM platforms to meticulously manage sales pipelines, track activities, and maintain accurate client data.
- Existing Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service adoption and product sales within our existing customer base.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B commercial sales.
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales and generating new revenue.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, particularly over the phone.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully execute cold calling strategies and qualify leads.
- Strong collaborative spirit and a positive, results-oriented mindset.
- Inherent drive and enthusiasm for the entire sales cycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
