The Budd Group is a leading provider of commercial landscaping in the Charlotte area. We create and maintain beautiful landscapes for organizations from schools to HOA's to medical centers and industrial plants. As a Business Development Manager, you'll connect with decision-makers at large businesses, securing contracts for our services. You'll prospect new clients, build relationships, and close deals.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and secure new clients in target markets (schools, HOA's, industrial, medical, etc.).
- Build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Meet/exceed sales quotas (we're aiming to double in size!).
- Manage sales activities in Aspire system
- Represent The Budd Group at industry events.
What You Need:
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales success (service industry preferred).
- Strong prospecting, communication, and closing skills.
- Experience with CRM software (Aspire a plus).
- Valid driver's license.
