The Budd Group is a leading provider of commercial landscaping in the Charlotte area. We create and maintain beautiful landscapes for organizations from schools to HOA's to medical centers and industrial plants. We're on a mission to positively impact the environments where people live, learn, work, and play!

As a Business Development Manager, you'll connect with decision-makers at large businesses, securing contracts for our services. You'll prospect new clients, build relationships, and close deals.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and secure new clients in target markets (schools, HOA's, industrial, medical, etc.).
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Meet/exceed sales quotas (we're aiming to double in size!).
  • Manage sales activities in Aspire system
  • Represent The Budd Group at industry events.

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales success (service industry preferred).
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and closing skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (Aspire a plus).
  • Valid driver's license.
