Job Description:
EXL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our US HR team and is a remote position.
We are looking for a strong individual who can work independently with the ability to be a strategic business partner with a strong business acumen and expertise in classic human resource areas such as: employee relations, HR Consulting, change management, employee engagement, compensation and talent management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
- Certifications such as PHR, SPHR preferred
- 5 years of broad HR experience
- Strong expertise in US Labor laws/practices
- Experience with exempt/non-exempt work force
- Strong knowledge of cost components for workforce & how to manage same
- Knowledge of various benefit programs and basic payroll practices
- Knowledge of Payroll and HRIS software is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access
- ERP (Oracle) preferred
- Soft Skills:
- Communication skills
- Time Management skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Multi-tasking
- Strong ability to connect with diverse employee base and be a trusted line of support
