Job Description:

EXL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our US HR team and is a remote position.

We are looking for a strong individual who can work independently with the ability to be a strategic business partner with a strong business acumen and expertise in classic human resource areas such as: employee relations, HR Consulting, change management, employee engagement, compensation and talent management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
  • Certifications such as PHR, SPHR preferred
  • 5 years of broad HR experience
  • Strong expertise in US Labor laws/practices
  • Experience with exempt/non-exempt work force
  • Strong knowledge of cost components for workforce & how to manage same
  • Knowledge of various benefit programs and basic payroll practices
  • Knowledge of Payroll and HRIS software is a plus.

 

Technical Skills:

  • MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access
  • ERP (Oracle) preferred
