What You’ll Do:
This is a 100% remote position supporting the CareRadius product. CareRadius HealthCare is a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions. We are committed to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology and seamless user experiences. Our team is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry. This role requires expertise in SQL, large data systems, applications, software integrations, and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of applications, the ability to analyze and optimize integrations, and experience in creating technical design documents, use cases, and requirements. This role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the organization's applications and their integrations with third-party systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and document technical solutions for system integrations, updates, and new interface implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical documents.
- Develop and maintain use cases, workflows, and technical design documents.
- Act as the SME for internal applications, their data flows, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Oversee and troubleshoot ETL processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with development teams, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of integration solutions.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, focusing on integration points and data flow.
- Provide guidance and support for testing, validation, and deployment activities related to interfaces and integrations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in integration and data management
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and working with large data systems.
- Proficiency in software integrations and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications and their integration points.
- Experience in creating technical design documents, use cases, and gathering business requirements.
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data transformation tools
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
