Exciting Opportunity for Document Processors – Be Part of a Mission that Matters!

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact on healthcare? EXL Health is on the hunt for enthusiastic Document Processors to join our Medical Records Management Team!

This full-time role is based in our vibrant Pittsburgh, PA office in the Robinson area.

Shifts available.

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Part-Time hours Monday to Friday

You will enjoy your evenings and weekends free!

What You will Do:

Your day-to-day will be engaging and varied!

• Open, review, and sort incoming mail by client and audit program.
• Prepare, process, and review medical records—both physical and electronic—for scanning and distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and providers via email to resolve issues.
• Manage return mail, audit letters, and outgoing correspondence.
• Operate office equipment, troubleshoot workflow issues, and meet productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain trackers and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, medical records, or document processing

Professional Qualifications

• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment, working independently or as part of a team.
