Position Summary: The Digital Sales Manager – Meat Division is responsible for managing and expanding Allen Brothers’ E-commerce legacy business. This includes developing sales strategies, maintaining key retail accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow E-commerce meat sales online.

Manage existing partnerships and cultivate new business relationships.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new meat products.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Train and support customer service reps on product knowledge, display, and handling.

Ensure merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies align with brand standards.

Monitor inventory levels and work with operations to ensure product availability.

Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.

Maintain a strong understanding of competitor offerings and market positioning.
About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the meat or food industry.

Strong understanding of premium meat products and customer preferences.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Frequent travel to retail locations and client meetings may be required.

Some weekend or evening hours may be necessary during promotions or events.
