TITLE: SENIOR EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS PROGRAM MANAGER

STATUS: EXEMPT

REPORTS TO: SENIOR EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

DEPARTMENT: ACCOUNT SERVICES ADMIN

PAY RANGE: $101,600.00 - $125,000.00 ANNUALLY

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Executive Operations Program Manager provides strategic counsel, hands-on responsibilities, execution, and communication support to the Senior Executive Vice President as well as the senior leadership in Technology, Member Service Contact Center, Enterprise Project Management Office, and Corporate Strategy. This role involves coordinating key strategic roadmaps, facilitating communication, ensuring collaboration, and driving initiatives that align with the teams’ business strategies. Success in this position requires a digital-forward, analytical mindset, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities, translate and connect data insights to strategic outcomes, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:

  1. Serves as the SEVP’s trusted advisor, delegated leader and implementation manager as appropriate.
  2. Provides the EVP independent, informed, smart, and unbiased insight and feedback.
  1. Coordinates and develops content and analysis to ensure the SEVP and leadership team are prepared for key recurring deliverables including business reviews, weekly and monthly executive updates, and other leadership meetings.
  1. Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information to facilitate change, efficient discussions, and decision-making.
  2. Communicates and follows-up with Senior Management on business initiatives, projects, and action items requested by the SEVP.
  3. Overseeing high-impact strategic projects and that advance the Strategic Goals of the Credit Union.
  4. Leads and manages cross-functional teams by applying a clear decision-making framework, leveraging data-driven insights, and using digital tools and visualization platforms to support executive communication, strategic planning, and achievement of organizational goals.
  5. Fostering relationships with key stakeholders and cultivating relationships to maintain a collaborative working environment that enhances the credit union’s brand reputation and operational success.
  6. Develop and maintain an understanding of the pertinent regulatory requirements and risks inherent to job responsibilities, establish, and maintain control activities that mitigate those risks consistent with the Credit Union’s risk appetite, and ensure operational integrity and compliance with applicable regulations.

  1. INTERNAL: All levels of retail staff, enterprise staff and executive management.
  2. EXTERNAL:Members, credit union industry associations, community and strategic partners, and other internal and external individuals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. EDUCATION:
    1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or Organizational leadership, or a related field.
  2. EXPERIENCE:
    1. Five or more years of experience in a business management or executive role.
    2. Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
    3. Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
    4. Experience in data analysis and budget management.
    5. Proven success in a project coordination role.
    6. Experience working with senior executives, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive alignment across stakeholders.

    1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    2. Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity.
    3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
    4. Experience with digital collaboration tools and dashboards.
    5. Ability to synthesize complex data and insights into clear narratives to support decision-making.
    6. High emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships up, down, and across the organization.

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required.
  2. Corrected vision within the normal range.
  3. Hearing within normal range. A device to enhance hearing will be provided if needed.
  4. Ability to lift 15 lbs. as may be required.
  5. Occasional movements throughout the department daily to interact with staff, accomplish tasks, etc.
  6. Limited local and statewide travel by car or public conveyance.
  7. Unusually long work hours may be required to accomplish tasks.
