We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Parts Department Director to oversee the operations of our Kia and Hyundai dealership parts departments. This leadership role is essential in managing and growing our fixed operations by ensuring strong team performance, optimized inventory levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily operations of the parts departments at multiple dealership locations
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across stores
  • Maintain proper inventory levels – control obsolescence and maximize turns
  • Monitor parts sales and gross profit to ensure continuous improvement
  • Drive product growth strategies and implement department-wide efficiencies
  • Build and strengthen internal systems to improve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with service, sales, and upper management to align goals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an automotive parts department leadership role
  • Multi-location management experience highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of OEM parts operations, inventory management, and forecasting
  • Proven success in staff development, process improvement, and profitability growth
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with Kia and/or Hyundai preferred, but not required
