The AP Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Vendor Record through additions, changes, and retirements through a standardized “help desk” ticketing system. This position is first approver for items related to transportation vendors and also supports the AP Group with invoice research, notations, and resolution.

Asbury is relocating its corporate headquarters to Sandy Springs, GA in Fall of 2025. Upon completion of our headquarters’ relocation, this position will be based in our Sandy Springs, GA office.

Job Duties:

  • Process vendor set up requests through Solar Winds workflow system
  • Communicate with locations for proper documentation
  • Complete and Publish reports to the field for any unresolved issues
  • Assist with projects related to acquisitions
  • Perform 1099 issue tasks at year end
  • Assist with projects for vendor AP software enhancement initiatives
  • Assist with projects for vendor file cleanup and maintenance

Position will cross-train on:

  • Statement reconciliation
  • Address maintenance updates for other customer types (AR and customer)
