SUMMARY
Responsible for providing day-to-day support and management of all client projects and deliverables, manage marketing's, evaluate financials and renewals, direct resources and assume responsibility for the client relationship. The Employer Health Centers practice helps self-funded clients sponsor primary care, occupational health and other health care related services. Project types include feasibility studies, requests for proposals, implementation, clinical audits, ROI analysis, and stewardship.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serves as the daily contact managing client relationships and internal client teams.
• Provides data analysis, recommendations and develops client and prospect facing reports.
• Provides insight and recommendations for product offerings, vendor selection, pricing, and strategy.
• Represents the client in vendor negotiations.
• Tracks project performance and successful completion of short and long term goals
• Acts as liaison between client and vendor representatives.
• Assists with communication strategy and development.
• Acts as intermediary between client and vendor providing assistance with issue resolution.
• Manages all account management activity.
• Creates and manages project plans; includes project controls such as action item lists, risk logs, issues logs, change control and decision logs.
• Partners with internal resources to ensure project-related activities are carried out in accordance with requirements and delivered on schedule, and within budget.
• Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Four (4) or more years related work experience
Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
Valid Insurance License
Two (2) or more years project management in the healthcare field, preferred
SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic technical, analytical, strategic planning capabilities
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
Good leadership, problem solving, time management skills, strong presentation skills
Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines
Must be thorough, detailed oriented, well organized and a self-starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
