Employment Logistics: 

OnTrac is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the development and maintenance of operational schedules aligned with customer requirements. This role involves gathering and synthesizing data from various stakeholders to create effective plans for Operations, ensuring all parties—Carrier Management, Operations, Linehaul teams, carriers, and shippers—have a clear understanding of performance expectations. The ideal candidate will utilize Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) as the primary source for planning and demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and advanced formulas for managing and interpreting data sets.

The Must-Haves: 

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1-3 years experience in related field

•  Occasional Travel as needed <10%

•  It is the responsibility of every position to understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and to conduct their activities accordingly.

Your Mission in Motion: 

•  Update and maintain First Mile schedules

•  Update and maintain Middle Mile schedules

•  Align weekly forecast to feedback provided on a regular basis

•  Carrier rates on new opportunities/changes to existing dispatch plans

•  Maintaining new customer implementation and changes

•  Ensure information is accurate and communicated timely

•  Carrier updates on changes week after week

•  Generating KPIs for department consumption

•  Supporting management through data-based decisions to optimize LH network
