Cabin Prep Supervisor

Job Summary
Cabin Appearance Supervisor will be leading, directing, and coordinating the efforts of ground, cabin and inventory service personnel and the timely delivery of all services for airlines as contracted. Cabin Appearance Supervisor will take accountability for safety, operation standards, policy implementation, client relations, and financial performance for the cabin and locker operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Establishing shift assignments for both fulltime and part-time employees.
- Monitoring and responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of all airline ground support equipment.
- Reporting discrepancies that may exist both functional and mechanical on the ground support equipment.
- Responsible for equipment and ensuring its safe and efficient operating status.
- Conferring with other supervisors and managers to coordinate activities with other departments.
- Determining manpower requirements; ensuring disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely, and consistent manner.
- Perform cosmetic arrangement of seat belts, headrests, etc.
- Helps prepare cabin for customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys and lavatories.
- Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, galleys and lavatories.
- Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc.
- Ability to comply with attendance/tardiness standards.
- Able to perform under pressure and within fixed time constraints.
- Follows and complies with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier rules and regulations.
Aircraft Cleaning and Cabin Preparation:
- Clean and prepare aircraft interiors, including seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories, ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards.
- Conduct thorough cleaning and servicing of the cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories to maintain a pristine environment for passengers and crew.
- Ensure all surfaces are free from dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, and other imperfections.
Aircraft Stocking:
- Replenish onboard supplies and amenities in the cabin and baggage compartments, ensuring accurate placement and correct quantity as per specifications.
- Monitor and manage the aircraft's stock levels, ensuring that all necessary items are properly stocked before departure.
- Ensure all surfaces are free from dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, and other imperfections.
- Accept and verify incoming deliveries to the commissary locker, including packages from FedEx, UPS, and other couriers.
- Accurately record and document all incoming shipments in the inventory management system.
- Physically stock items within the commissary locker, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure all supplies are readily available for aircraft stocking and other operations.
Commissary Locker Management:
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure all supplies are readily available for aircraft stocking and other operations.
- Ensure all surfaces are free from dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, and other imperfections.
- Accept and verify incoming deliveries to the commissary locker, including packages from FedEx, UPS, and other couriers.

Additional Duties:
- Prepare sleep experience kits and other necessary kits as required.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and airline regulations.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure all supplies are readily available for aircraft stocking and other operations.
Requirements:
- Must possess computer experience (6+ months) and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to navigate electronic devices (computers, fax machines, printers, timeclock, etc).
- A proven track record in supervising a business unit.
- Experience in operational planning and resource allocation.
- A working knowledge of GSE maintenance issues.
- Experience and understanding of the commercial issues in aviation.
- Must have a High School diploma, GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Capable of processing information in a timely manner.
- Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License.
- Able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Previous ramp or airline experience.
- Must successfully complete all training requirements and maintain certifications throughout employment.
- Must clear a FBI fingerprint background check.
Physical Requirements
- Must be physically fit to perform duties of the job including but not limited to standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
- Capable of repetitively lifting up to 70 pounds in confined spaces and repetitively.
- Must be physically fit to perform the duties of the job.
- Willing to work outside in all types of weather conditions with exposure to loud noises.
Specific Working Hours
- Must be able and flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holiday specific shifts to be determined.
- Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations.
