U
nder direct supervision, process all incoming orders from Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliateas assigned.

 

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus! 

 

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm and every other Sunday for 2 hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Download PSP orders into NDS system after review and correction of ROE Edit List.
  • When necessarymanually enter orderintNDS or PSP system.
  • Reviews and correctOrder File Status Report. Transfers order file for routing.
  • Notify customers or salereps. of customer item “outs”.
  • EnsureCOAs, and Spec Sheetare provided tCustomers as necessary.
  • Daily invoicing of credit memos.
  • Credit anCollections Answers telephone and direct callto appropriatperson.
  • Research customer, SaleRep and BAKEMARK Affiliate inquiries.
  • Back up tWill-Call and other positions as directed by Supervisor.
  • Provide Sales Representativvacation relief.
  • Files documents as directed.
  • Assist Office Supervisor with back office duties as needed; such as cash handling and NDS data input.
  • Treat all customers both external aninternal with dignity and respect.
  • Adhere tall company policies, procedures and safety ruleas stated ithEmployee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.
  • Other duties will be assigned as needed tmeet company goals and objectives.

 

Compensation: 

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.00 per hour, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.
