Recreation Aide- Forest Hill Heights

Looking to share laughs and smiles while making a difference? Forest Hill Heights is looking for a Full Time Recreation Aide to help to make long lasting memories for our residents! The hours for this position are 10:00am-6:00pm, 11:00am-7:30pm and 4:00pm-7:30pm with weekend availability.  

As a Recreation Aide you’ll be responsible for…. 

• The creation and implementation of engaging recreation activities or programs for a diverse group of people 

• Leading and supervising recreation activities to ensure residents are engaged in the activity, are having fun, and are all actively participating  

• Encouraging participation in activities by promoting positive experiences events to residents  

• The set up and take down of all planned activities prioritizing cleanliness and organization  

• Communicating effectively with staff and residents to ensure a collaborative and uplifting environment

Required: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Must be able to lift over 25 pounds
