Account Manager

TA Connections we make airlines digital. We lead the industry in creating software and B2B apps for the airline industry. We transform every touchpoint with smart technology to improve the passenger experience and streamline the airline’s operation.
Our purpose built TA software supports more 5000’s flights a day both on the ground and in the air and are solutions are deployed at more 10 airlines and 300+ airports.
Due to continued growth we are looking for a motivated multi-skilled individual to join our friendly team as an Account Manager. A guru with preferred experience in airport operations, covering passenger or ramp operations or for inflight as cabin crew.
As account manager you will be primary contact between TAC and the customer.
Role Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact between TAC and the customer
Conduct weekly customer meetings to manage any customer issues & support tickets
Conduct onsite visits to enhance the customer relationship
Coordinate any change request estimates to the customer including any invoicing for bespoke development items
Creation of monthly performance report
Continually work with our JIRA support and development tool for tracking of all defect, support and change request tickets raised
Create Roadmap and upgrade path plans and coordinate with product and development leads
Develop a thorough understanding of the customers rules, policies and system configuration which is key to all system configuration setup and changes
Conduct onsite visits to enhance the customer relationship
Support the implementation of new applications
Deliver training on solutions contracted
Plan and support customers during application upgrades
Providing functional input into tha TAC future roadmap
Upsell addition features / integration partners or other applications increasing TAC revenue
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2-3 year experience working for an airline, ground handler or other airline system provider
Minimum of 1-2 years in an Account Management role, is preferred
Previous exposure to software applications, preferably in the airline space
Understanding of the software development life-cycle
Ability to work with little supervision and manage your time efficiently
Previous experience with Jira is desirable

Working rights in Thailand
English and Thai language (written and spoken)
Location
Based in Bangkok, work from home and client office, some international travel required.
