Overview:
We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Analyst to join our team in a hybrid capacity, reporting to our Jersey City office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our Human Resources function. As an HR Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a primary focus on HRIS data entry and maintenance. In addition, you will provide occasional support to our onboarding and benefits teams, helping to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all HR processes for USA, Canada, Colombia & Mexico. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of administrative expertise and technical proficiency, particularly in working with HR systems. You should be comfortable troubleshooting data-related issues, managing multiple priorities, and working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
HR Administrative Support:
- Assist with new hire onboarding tasks, and system provisioning
- Assist with timely and accurate entry of employee data into the HRIS
- Coordinate system access and offboarding tasks in collaboration with IT
- Act as an escalation point for managers and recruiters
HRIS & Systems Administration:
- Help with employee records in the HRIS (e.g., Dayforce and Oracle Fusion), ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Support user account management, permissions, and role-based access control
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to HR Assistant Manager or IT teams as needed
- Assist with HRIS testing, updates, and workflow audits
- Coordinate system access and offboarding tasks in collaboration with IT
Payroll and Benefits Support:
- Help resolve employee payroll or benefit-related inquiries
- Support the benefits team during open enrollment or special projects
- Ensure accurate employee data feeds between HRIS, benefits carriers, and payroll providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of HR administrative experience; exposure to onboarding, payroll, or benefits preferred
- Solid command of Spanish language
- Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify processes, knowledge of employment eligibility compliance a plus
- Proficient in HRIS systems
- Comfortable with Excel, reporting tools, and troubleshooting systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle confidential data
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
Salary Range Disclaimer:
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location and experience.
