Position Overview

The Client Services Manager plays a key leadership role within the Premium Audit division. This is a hybrid position, based from a home office anywhere in the mainland U.S., with occasional travel required to meet with team members, clients, and to perform onsite audits when necessary.

The role combines client relationship management, team leadership, and hands-on audit responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring both strong audit expertise and proven leadership experience to drive performance and ensure superior service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of premium auditors within an assigned territory to meet regional performance targets and client expectations.

  • Lead, coach, train, and mentor staff to support development and ensure quality audit outcomes.

  • Perform both remote and physical premium audits, including scheduling, preparing appointment letters, reviewing records, interviewing insureds, and preparing detailed audit reports.

  • Meet with business owners/managers to review audit results and implement required actions.

  • Maintain year-to-date and annual company performance metrics, ensuring timely submission of audit reports.

  • Participate in regional customer contact programs and build strong client relationships.

  • Create development plans to identify and prepare internal talent for future opportunities.

  • Correct and complete returned audits in accordance with company guidelines.

  • Accurately maintain audit assignments, time reporting, and expense records.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Premium Auditor, including at least one year as a mentor or in a leadership capacity.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both clients and team members.

  • Proficiency in computer applications for documenting and recording audit findings.

  • Familiarity with premium audit processes and their importance to the organization.

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required. High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ISO PAAS TAP Certification or currently in process.

  • Participation in the IIA APA program is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: $70,000 – $80,000.
