About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our Data & AI practice, focusing on driving business growth and technological innovation. This executive role involves collaborating across functions, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and leading initiatives that leverage data and AI to unlock new opportunities and enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Data & AI practice, aligning with the company's overarching objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, technological advancements, and data-driven opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies that fuel business expansion.

Client Engagement & Solution Delivery:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and delivering tailored data and AI solutions.
• Lead engagements that encompass scoping, defining deliverables, and ensuring successful execution of high-impact projects.
• Utilize advanced analytics and AI to provide actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and drive growth.

Team Development & Leadership:

• Mentor and guide a high-performing team of data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure the team's effectiveness in delivering on strategic initiatives.

Thought Leadership & Innovation:

• Establish the company as a thought leader in the Data & AI space through speaking engagements, publications, and industry forums.
• Contribute to the development of proprietary methodologies, best practices, and intellectual property that drive industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in a leadership role within the business and/or technology sector, with a strong focus on data and AI.
• Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Expertise in advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Deep understanding of business processes, including operations, supply chain, and customer insights.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
