Position Title: Engagement Manager
Job Description:
The Engagement Manager at EXLService.com, LLC in New York, NY, will develop hypotheses and validate them based on analysis of client data and present findings to working-level client teams. Evaluate client credit card acquisition campaigns to align with annual account goal plan and propose campaign selection rules supported by data analysis and performance. Handle budgetary constraints and present various scenarios to cross-functional teams in the event of risk criteria changes including risk tightening or risk expansion. Assess response model using machine learning techniques in SAS and ensure its deployment into production. Create UNIX shell scripts for automating reports to update executives and internal team. Analyze and propose solutions through statistical analysis for all campaign tests (price, product or any creative tests). Pitch solutions to executives with major focus on increasing profit via cost benefit analysis and historical trend assessments. Manage assigned projects in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and that deliverables are met. Summarize analytical findings into presentations and share analysis and report with senior leadership. Assist in training, coaching and developing team members. Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
Job Requirements:
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Analytics or a directly related field plus four (4) years of experience as a Statistician or a related occupation. Requires four (4) years of professional experience with credit card and risk analytics. Must have four (4) years of experience with each of the following: (1) Excel incorporating macros, VBA and power pivots, to develop acquisition campaign tools; (2) SAS features, including macros and arrays; (3) processing data from Amazon Redshift and Teradata into Tableau to create dashboards; (4) SQL to gather key data from company database and identify patterns and trends; (5) UNIX shell script to streamline execution of multiple SAS scripts; (6) creating propensity models using SAS, R and Python for supervised and unsupervised datasets to forecast response rates within a credit-qualified population; (7) using confusion matrix, Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve (ROC), and Area Under the Curve (AUC) to assess dataset model accuracy; and (8) time series modelling techniques including Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) or Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) in STATA to create response curve for campaigns.
Salary range: $115,000 to $120,000 per year.
