The Location

• This is a remote position based out of your home office, requiring occasional travel (3-4 times per year).

Responsibilities

EXL is looking for a skilled professional to work as a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager’s primary responsibility will be ensuring the quality of EXL’s insurance survey products. The incumbent is responsible for managing a team of Quality Reviewers who quality control submitted inspection reports for accuracy, including underwriting hazards, replacement cost and client requirements. They will also serve as a subject-matter-expert on their designated focus area, and must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and expertise to all stakeholders in the survey process (Managers, Consultants, Clients, etc.). Incumbent will also be responsible for various special projects as assigned

Other Duties

• Lead by example, and always improve: The Quality Manager will represent EXL’s best and will be capable of reviewing the most complex insurance surveys for quality.
• Continually upgrade your skillset through company-provided training and other learning opportunities.
• Be available for other projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed

• Residential or Commercial Survey experience required
• Excellent professionalism and emotional intelligence
• Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
• Solid aptitude for risk assessment and replacement cost
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Knowledge in use of computer equipment, software, and general office equipment
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and handle time sensitive urgencies
