Job Description:

The Senior Consultant will translate data-driven insights from advanced analytical models into actionable business strategies. With a focus on customer segmentation, look-alike modeling & data driven GTM strategy, this role bridges the gap between technical data science teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that analytical outputs are aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Solve business problems using data driven solutions – understand problem statement, structure solution from both business and technical perspective and present outcome to end users (both technical and non-technical). Translate complex model outputs into clear business terms, highlighting customer segmentation insights and potential

market opportunities. Conduct advanced exploratory data analysis and apply statistical methods to extract actionable insights from complex data sets. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units, ensuring that data insights are accessible and actionable for all stakeholders. Contribute to the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, GTM strategies, using data insights to optimize reach and impact. Develop and implement a dynamic dashboard for real-time monitoring of model health, performance metrics, and data drift to ensure optimal functionality. Create comprehensive documentation of end-to-end processes, establishing guidelines for scalability and repeatability in future analytics endeavors. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in analytics and data science, bringing innovative ideas to the team. Manage engagement with client: Track concerns, opportunities, and provide updates and status back to stakeholders. Work with leadership, operations, sales and others to ensure requests follow the proper evaluation process. Communicate project decisions to relevant constituents. Telecommuting is allowed.

Job Requirements:

Requires Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any engineering field, plus two (2) years of experience in analytics consulting, including translating data insights into business results. Must have at least two (2) years of experience with the following: Designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic dashboards, utilizing a variety of data visualization tools and techniques to monitor model performance, data drift and communicate actionable insights to business stakeholders using PowerBI, Tableau, etc., One or more programming languages, including Python or R with extensive knowledge of SQL,  BigData using tools such as HQL, PySpark, etc, Documenting analytical processes and models for scalability and repeatability. Communicating and presenting complex information in an understandable manner. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of experience in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any engineering field in lieu of Master’s degree plus two (2) years of experience in analytics consulting, including translating data insights into business results.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $171,000 to $195,000 per year.
