Job Description:

The Assistant Vice President at EXLService.com, LLC in New York, NY, will drive business metrics that add to the profitability of EXL’s healthcare revenue optimization business. Manage the overall product roadmap for reporting, coordinate scoping walk-throughs and sign-offs and ensure that business needs are defined and documented. Lead cloud migration and digital strategy for reporting to enable scalability and sustainability. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams (technology, analytics, clinical) for product conceptualization and delivery.  Serve as primary liaison with business functions and technology during the product development lifecycle, including needs analysis and bug tracking, to user acceptance testing (UAT) and rollout. Identify relevant data sets across multiple systems and architect analytical solutions to compute, track and report on KPI’s that are relevant to the business. Conduct holistic analysis of business needs and current operations and create in-depth business and technical strategies, which will be implemented in manageable solution sets. Build new solution frameworks based on evolving market needs. Telecommuting permitted.

Job Requirements:

Requires Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronics/electrical engineering or an IT related field, plus three (3) years of experience as Computer and Information Systems Manager or related occupation. Requires three (3) years of professional experience with handling large scale complex projects in the health care IT industry. Must have three years of experience with each of the following: 1) healthcare IT systems and applications, including EMR/HER and RCM and claims management tools; (2) Agile and waterfall methodologies; (3) data analysis and visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI; (4) Stakeholder management in health care IT industry; (5) cloud platforms and cloud security; and (6) compliance best practices, including HIPAA and HITRUST. Must also have two years of experience with Payment integrity concepts and best practices including fraud detection, claims adjudication and application of AI and Machine Learning for solving payment integrity challenges.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $130,000 to $140,000/year.
