Intern - FRAC Consulting

Intern Job Description -

We are seeking an intern in the FRAC consulting team, with a strong background in the Insurance/Finance industry, as well as knowhow of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks. As an intern in the FRAC Consulting team, you will be responsible for coordination and managing the successful execution of projects within our client’s organization, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches,
• Evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
• You will have the opportunity to support client engagements, by assisting in overseeing of the quality of deliverables, and effectively manage the day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
• You will also participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

Qualifications: 

• Experience in working on projects around process improvements, financial planning redesign, service delivery model design and implementation, and other critical elements of any function.
• Experience in a Digital world technology such as process automation through robotics, predictive analytics and visualization etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Specific experience should include but not be limited to, assessing the Finance organization, identifying initiatives supporting a future state roadmap.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Agile project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Compensation

• A compensation package will be dependent on experience.
