Responsibilities:
-
Maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to the affected departments.

Ensure production processes, quality standards and deadlines and accuracy are met in order to hand over DO & CO’s high-end products to their aircraft crew in person without delays.

Ensure products and trolleys meet the utmost quality standards at all times and the delivery is done according to customer’s instructions.

Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.

Identify procedures that can be improved and put forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care.

Confirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly.

Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a Hands-on approach and assist in the assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably in customer service is beneficial.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Computer literate.
