Flight Coordinator

Responsibilities:  

• Maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to the affected departments.

• Ensure production processes, quality standards and deadlines and accuracy are met in order to hand over DO & CO’s high-end products to their aircraft crew in person without delays.

• Ensure products and trolleys meet the utmost quality standards at all times and the delivery is done according to customer’s instructions.

• Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.

• Identify procedures that can be improved and put forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care.

• Confirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly.

• Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a Hands-on approach and assist in the assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.

Qualifications:  

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably in customer service is beneficial.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Computer literate.
