With the three business segments of Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, DO&CO offers gourmet entertainment all over the world. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.

A day as our Production Line Cook:

• Supporting the Production Head Chefs during the event preparation process
• High volume cooking in the hot and cold section of the production kitchen
• Prep kitchen duties before the event and line cook duties in the production kitchen during the event
• Using the best quality ingredients to help produce our fresh and high-quality food
• Ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard of hygiene

• A passion to learn more – we’re passionate about training so we want you to be too!
• Basic level of knife skills required
• Exceptional communication skills – a kitchen can’t survive without this!
• Comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment! It gets busy, but you can learn so much!
• Strong work ethic
