What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director of Data & Analytics within our Marketing division and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will thrive at the intersection of business strategy, data engineering, and hands-on analytics. You will guide a growing team while working directly with complex datasets and tools, influencing business direction at the highest levels. Initially, you’ll be a hands-on builder—developing infrastructure, surfacing key insights, and establishing standards across the organization. As the function matures, your focus will shift toward scaling the team, institutionalizing best practices, and shaping the broader data strategy. You will report directly to Sr. Vice President of Database Marketing and Research and regularly collaborate with the marketing, sales, and revenue team.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Developing infrastructure, surfacing key insights, and establishing data standards across the organization.
- Scaling the analytics team, institutionalizing best practices, and shaping Corpay’s broader data strategy.
- Working with large-scale datasets from platforms like Salesforce, AWS, and marketing automation tools to uncover trends and optimize performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data insights drive marketing, sales, and customer growth initiatives.
- Partnering with data engineers to design and shape data architecture and ETL processes.
- Applying predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced tools to extract actionable insights.
- Creating impactful visualizations and narratives using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards, including AI ethics and governance.
Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of leadership experience in data and analytics, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing data teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Expertise in large, complex datasets, predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced analytical tools.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, AWS (Redshift, S3, Athena), SQL, Python or R, and marketing data ecosystems.
- Strong storytelling and visualization skills with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations for data privacy and security.
