Benefits Analyst, Full-Time
Community Care is hiring a Benefits Analyst who is committed to teamwork and providing great service to become a part of our fast paced team. This is a rewarding opportunity in a high functioning, friendly, Human Resources Department. This position has a hybrid schedule working remote 2 days a week.
Benefits Analyst Job Duties:
- Maintain accurate benefit files and records
- Responsible for 401k administration such as coordinating rollovers and hardship withdrawals in conjunction with the record keeper
- Assist in the evaluation and comparison of existing company benefits to industry benchmarks
- Act as a liaison for other departments in the organization
- Assist with the processing of life events and new hires
- Facilitate disability and leave management by coordinating with employees, insurance providers, and across departments as needed
- Ensure the execution of administrative policies and amendments governing employee benefit plans that are in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ensure policy documentation is created, accurate, and followed
- Counsel employees and managers on policies, procedures and benefit offerings by providing accurate and legal information that acts in the best interest of the company
- Perform any other job duties as requested
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in employee benefit administration is required
Job Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. With a hybrid schedule working remote 2 days a week.
