Primary Responsibilities: As a Senior Software Support Engineer, you will work closely with our architects and senior developers to gain an in-depth understanding of our product and how our customers leverage it to enhance efficiencies through automation in warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. You will apply this knowledge to:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues found at customer sites, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
• Work directly with customers to understand, replicate, and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Test, deploy, debug, maintain, and improve existing software solutions to enhance system reliability.
• Document root cause analysis findings and resolutions to improve future issue prevention.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical concerns.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 7+ years of experience troubleshooting software and system issues in production environments.
• 7+ years of experience diagnosing and resolving application and hardware integration problems using sockets, database tables, Web Services, or middleware.
• 7+ years of experience utilizing source code control software.
• 1+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and writing SQL queries
• 7+ years of experience developing and debugging software using .Net Core, Angular, WPF, SQL, or C#.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in web UI debugging and issue resolution.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Software.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
