JOB SUMMARY

 

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations group financial programs, including intercompany rewards programs. Responsible for front-end program management, working with sales professionals on data integrity, partnering with the operations group CFO and national operations team on program reward validation and issuance. This includes creating procedural memos, workflow analysis, data analysis and clean up.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day program, ensuring program compliance and data accuracy.
  • Manages the financial validation of eligible opportunities under program rules.
  • Collaborates with operational teams to implement any program changes.
  • Tracks program opportunities on a daily basis, as well as identifies areas for process improvement and system optimization, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes that enhance financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Develops Program related automated reporting and dashboards.
  • Reviews existing procedures and internal controls to ensure integrity of data and systems.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred

Ten (10) or more years of financial experience Required

Two (2) or more years of Salesforce experience Preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to devise creative solutions when it comes to applying business tools to business problems
  • Ability to determine priorities and work on several projects simultaneously
  • Good problem solving, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to delegate and work effectively with others
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team and foster teamwork
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, primarily Excel
