Base Pay: $17.00 / hr

Shift Differential: $1.00/hr for hours worked on 2^nd shift.

Anticipated Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday from 3:00 PM – 11:45 PM

Job Summary

Supports Operations by moving and stocking materials and finished products to designated areas in the facility.

Warehouse Order Picker Job Responsibilities:

• Lift boxes that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Uses a RF hand scanner to determine order requirements
• Pulls the correct product from the stock area and packs it into the appropriate boxes
• Meets required daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour
• Ensure that work meets quality standards
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety policies and procedures; reports unsafe conditions to supervisor

Warehouse Picker & Packer Job Requirements:

• Work well in team-oriented environments
• Ability to work at a continuous fast pace to meet performance standards
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Superb time management skills
• Basic reading and arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours
• Work overtime as needed
