Employee Relations Partner II
Job Summary
The Employee Relations Partner II is responsible for providing support to the Employee Relations Team by assisting with tasks including policy implementation and communications, coordination of the ADA accommodation and modified duty processes, administrative support of performance management functions and helping with various other Employee Relations Programs and initiatives, using independent judgment and established resources to perform daily ER team tasks.
Essential Job Functions *
- Assist in drafting, updating and communicating employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to HRBP’s and leaders on the ADA interactive process.
- Assist in coordination and facilitation of the modified duty program.
- Assist with and provide administrative support for the employee performance management process, including mid-year and yearly evaluation processes and succession planning.
- Provides support to HRBP’s, leaders and employees, answering questions and relaying information regarding day to day issues to drive consistency and mitigate risk.
- Request and/or prepare reports and handle correspondence; gather information to facilitate responses regarding legal matters.

Education & Experience
- BS/BA in HR, Business Administration or related field. 2-4 years experience in an Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner role.
- List education level, concentration, certifications, and experience required and/or preferred to complete assigned duties.
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Employee Relations Experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in a multi-state environment (EEOC, FMLA, ADA…)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, preferably Dayforce
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
