Revenue Automation Architect
What we Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Revenue Automation Architect within our division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is based in Atlanta, GA. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Revenue Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that support end-to-end revenue lifecycle automation. This role is responsible for architecting systems within Sales Cloud, with deep focus on data architecture, process optimization, and cross-functional automation across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
As the technical lead for Salesforce architecture within Revenue Operations, you will partner with business stakeholders, development teams, and data teams to design integrated solutions that improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, deal flow, and customer handoffs.

Role Responsibilities:
- Architecting and leading scalable solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Lead Scoring, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, CPQ, and Application Processes.
- Designing end-to-end automation for the Lead-to-Close and Quote-to-Cash processes, aligning with GTM and Finance requirements.
- Defining and maintaining Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
- Defining Salesforce data models, object relationships, and architecture for account hierarchies, opportunity structures, and contact roles.
- Collaborating with Data Analytics teams to design data flow between Salesforce, marketing automation, and data warehouse environments.
- Establishing data governance and data quality frameworks across the GTM tech stack to support segmentation, reporting, and revenue analytics.
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions by collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, Finance, and IT.
- Acting as the lead architect for revenue-focused Salesforce enhancements and roadmap planning.
- Creating and maintain solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration flows.
- Defining standards and enforce best practices for declarative and programmatic development within Salesforce.
- Partnering with developers and system admins to implement automations, workflows, validation rules, flows, and custom solutions.
- Overseeing integrations between Salesforce and supporting platforms such as Marketo, CPQ, CLM, ZoomInfo, and other tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an Architect or Solution Design capacity.
- Certified System Architect and Certified Application Architect certifications required
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, with strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, CRM data structures, and automation design.
- Experience with Revenue Operations processes including pipeline management, forecasting, sales performance metrics, and deal desk workflows.
- Proven ability to design data models and integrations supporting GTM reporting, analytics, and automation.
- Proficient in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and platform limits.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and other platforms
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant) preferred.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with CPQ, CLM, or ZoomInfo.
- Familiarity with tools like MuleSoft, Workato, or other iPaaS for integration workflows.
- Knowledge of lead management, scoring, and lifecycle strategies across Salesforce and marketing platforms.
- Understanding RevOps data architecture concepts, including pipeline stages, funnel conversion, attribution, and ARR/MRR modeling.
