Technical Services Specialist
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Technical Services Specialist supporting our North American Fuel line of business located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, the Technical Services Specialist is responsible for assisting with all technical aspects of reporting to ensure customer satisfaction and effective use of products and services. The primary function of this role is to develop and modify custom reports to meet the customer’s requirements. This will include the use of SQL queries to extract data and deliver the information in a format that meets the needs of the requestor. This analyst will respond to service cases, email and phone calls to work directly with clients for report development, modification, problem resolution, and data validation. The Business Analytics Specialist will assist with user acceptance testing, and support the introduction of new products and features. This position will also participate in the onboarding of our clients with the products that they purchased. This could include Express Cash, Fleet, OnRoad, Purchasing/Travel and Entertainment cards as well as ePayables virtual cards for AP payments.

As a Technical Services Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment reporting to our Brentwood, TN office location. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Resolving time sensitive customer reporting and technical problems by following established resolution procedures as well as documenting, communicating and follow-up with management as necessary.
- Demonstrating a broad knowledge of SQL query usage and data presentation in custom report development and delivery
- Working with sales, account setup specialist, implementation project management, the customer and other associates for a successful customer implementation.
- Responsible for developing and automating procedures to ensure delivery of reports to meet established SLAs.
- Helping develop new programs or processes for implementation and support.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in a professional work environment
- 3+ years of experience with implementations, client support, report development and technical support delivery.
- Advanced Access Database/SQL experience is required
- Strong knowledge of Excel including the use of formulas and macros
- Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects, PowerBi or Tableau is desired.
- Alteryx workflow and scheduling experience desired
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, solid analytical knowledge, attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
- Superior customer service skills, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues;
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
- Transportation Industry experience preferred
- Highly responsive to calls and emails; utilize available tools to manage priorities without compromising other responsibilities
