HR Employee Experience Partner

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an HR employee experience partner for our corporate overhead division. This position falls under our Human Resources line of business and is located either in Atlanta, GA, Beaverton, OR, or South Jordan, UT. In this role, you will be responsible for managing North American immigration matters in partnership with external immigration vendors, ensuring compliance, and providing an exceptional employee experience throughout the immigration process. Additionally, this role supports general HR operations (25%) in the U.S. and Canada, delivering localized support and contributing to broader employee experience initiatives. You will report directly to the Employee Experience Director and regularly collaborate with Business Stakeholders and HR leadership.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for U.S. and Canadian immigration cases, partnering with external immigration vendors to manage work permits, visa sponsorship, renewals, and permanent residency processes (e.g., L-1, H-1B, TN, PR).
  • Supporting employees and leaders by providing case-specific guidance and ensuring timely preparation and submission of immigration documentation.
  • Monitoring immigration status and expiration dates, ensuring proactive communication and actions to maintain compliance.
  • Partnering with leadership to align immigration support with business needs.
  • Serving as a regional HR contact for the US (West Coast), responding to employee inquiries and providing localized support in alignment with business needs.
  • Partnering with Strategic Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to assist in the execution of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Supporting employee relations case management, policy updates, and change management efforts.
  • Assisting in onboarding/offboarding, engagement initiatives, and ER documentation.
  • Contributing to HR projects, integration efforts, and talent-related initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant immigration and HR documentation.
  • Ensuring case records and employee data are kept current and available for audit and reporting.
  • Assisting with audits and ensuring adherence to legal and company standards.
  • Updating HRIS with employee changes related to immigration, transfers, and policy changes.
  • Organizing and managing electronic records and employee documentation related to immigration and general HR support.
  • Contributing to HR and immigration-related projects and initiatives under the guidance of leadership, supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Assisting in the execution of project tasks and administrative duties.
  • Performing other HR-related tasks as assigned to support the overall HR function and contribute to organizational goals.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 years of experience managing North American immigration matters in collaboration with external vendors.
  • HR Generalist, Operations, or Advisory experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills and experience - planning and organizing multiple activities/projects to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt readily to changing requirements and circumstances.
  • Commercially focused.
  • Attention to detail – ability to provide accurate information in the form of spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and letters.
  • Microsoft Office to an advanced level.
  • Experience in a sole charge role in a medium-sized organization (Preferred).
  • Experience of working in a multi-site environment (Preferred).
