Vice President (VP) of Salesforce – Corpay Payables

Summary:

Corpay Payables, a high-growth division within FLEETCOR Technologies, is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Director of Salesforce to lead and expand our Salesforce operations across a rapidly scaling enterprise. Corpay provides smarter ways for businesses to manage, track, and pay their expenses digitally—helping clients eliminate manual processes and reduce risk with best-in-class solutions.

As a senior leader, you will own the Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Corpay Payables. You will lead a high-performing team, optimize complex operations, and shape Salesforce as a critical lever for operational excellence and business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the executive owner of Corpay’s Salesforce platform, including architecture, strategy, governance, and delivery.
• Drive platform unification and simplification, consolidating legacy Salesforce instances into a single, scalable architecture to support continued growth (organic and via acquisition).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Vendor Management, Customer Success, IT, and executive stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with business needs.
• Champion operational efficiency and automation, enabling scalable and repeatable processes across all lines of business.
• Lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence including administrators, developers, architects, and delivery managers.
• Oversee third-party vendors and consultants, ensuring adherence to technical standards and delivering value on-time and within budget.
• Design and implement a roadmap to improve platform performance, data quality, governance, and security.
• Establish best practices for development, deployment, change management, and user training to scale the platform and maximize adoption.
• Own key metrics and KPIs for system health, team productivity, user satisfaction, and time-to-value.
• Drive Salesforce strategy to support all Corpay Payables products:
• A/P Automation
• Commercial Cards (Virtual, Ghost, and Expense)
• Corpay One (SMB platform)
• Gift and Prepaid Cards

What You Bring:

Leadership & Strategy:

• Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce teams in complex, multi-org environments.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working across Sales, Operations, and Product to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Ability to build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional Salesforce team.

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive Salesforce knowledge with multiple certifications, including:
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect (preferred)
• Deep expertise in:
• Declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes)
• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
• Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience Cloud (formerly Communities)
• Salesforce SDLC and sandbox strategy
• Familiarity with tools like DocuSign, Conga, Adobe, Outreach, and LinkedIn integrations is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce platform leadership
• 3+ years in a director-level or higher leadership role, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or B2B environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
