What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vendor Enrollment Specialist within our Paymerang division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will act as a liaison between Paymerang, our clients (Customers and Partners), and their vendors. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications via email, chat, secured messages, and phone through our support platform, ensuring a seamless accounts payable experience. You will report directly to the Support Manager and regularly collaborate with Operations, Fraud & Finance.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:

Managing a high volume of emails and other correspondence with quality and in a timely manner
-
Following policies and procedures when speaking with clients and vendors
-
Providing sensitive payment information clearly and completely
-
Providing first-contact resolution whenever possible
-
Escalating client/vendor complaints as necessary
-
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
-
Identifying and confirming vendor needs, ensuring details are communicated and notated
-
Building strong and sustainable relationships with vendors by going the extra mile
-
Establishing strong relationships with internal partners
-
Inputting accurate payment details and managing reports in our application
-
Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
Basic Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
-
2 years of customer service experience
-
Demonstrated strong customer focus
-
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, clients, and vendors
-
Strong judgment and decision-making skills
-
Effective time management skills
-
Attention to detail with strong written and computer skills
-
Strong phone contact skills, including active listening
-
Proficiency in MS Office Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
-
2 years of post-high school education, Associate Degree, or Military experience
-
2 years of experience in a customer contact environment
-
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Electronic Payments, Sales, or Collections experience
