Based in Winston-Salem, NC, you'll manage and pilot our corporate and personal aircraft fleet, ensuring safe and efficient operations under the guidance of the Aviation Manager and our experienced Executive Chairman (an active pilot!).

Your Focus:

• Safe piloting for business, personal, and charitable travel.
• Comprehensive aircraft management: scheduling, maintenance, cleaning, and supplies.
• Meticulous record-keeping (flight logs, SIFL, maintenance).
• Maintaining all FAA certifications and ratings.
• Collaborating on logistics and vendor relationships.
• Ensuring aircraft readiness for all flights.

Your Expertise:

• Commercial Pilot's license with relevant ratings.
• FAA ATP (or ability to obtain) and First/Second Class Medical.
• Preferred: PC12/Cessna 525 type rating.
• Proven experience: 1500 TT, 1000 PIC, 500 ME, 100 Turbine, actively flying in the last year, 2+ years corporate flight department experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and tech skills.
