Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday 5:30 pm - 2:30 am

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the evening operations team to ensure efficient and timely completion of all tasks.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize productivity and quality during the evening shift.
• Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational issues that arise during the evening shift, escalating concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across shifts.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance evening operations.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment for the evening team.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams in a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic evening environment.
