We’re on the hunt for a dependable and experienced Overnight Field Service Supervisor to roll up their sleeves and lead a skilled team of technicians in delivering top-notch HVAC filter installation and deep-cleaning services. If you're hands-on, safety-focused, and thrive in dynamic environments—from hospital rooftops to underground mechanical rooms—this role is calling your name.

🌙 Shift: Overnight, typically 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
🏢 Environments: Healthcare, industrial, and commercial facilities
💪 Conditions: Physically demanding, with tight spaces, high places, and everything in between

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Leading by example—supervise and join your crew in HVAC system cleaning, filter replacements, and ductwork maintenance

• Taking charge in complex settings like confined spaces, rooftops, and mechanical basements

• Operating and training others on heavy-duty equipment: high-temp pressure washers, shop vacs, and more

• Keeping everyone safe and compliant with all PPE, OSHA, and infection control protocols

• Performing site inspections, documenting work, and ensuring every detail is accounted for

• Coordinating with internal teams and clients to make sure the job gets done on time and up to standard

• Mentoring team members and helping them grow their skills and confidence

✅ You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in HVAC, industrial cleaning, or mechanical services

• Solid hands-on skills with pressure washers, steam units, and vacuums

• The grit and agility to work in physically demanding environments—rooftops, basements, confined spaces

• A working knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical room operations (bonus points!)

• Prior experience in healthcare facilities and a sharp understanding of infection control protocols

• Safety credentials like OSHA 10, confined space training, or a willingness to get certified

• The ability to lift 50+ lbs, travel to job sites, and commit to overnight hours
