Pay: $23-25 per hour depending on experience

The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and autonomous Landscape Site Supervisor to take full ownership of the aesthetic details for four large sites in the Salisbury area. This unique role is for a meticulous, self-starting professional focused purely on landscape detail work—no mowing or edging required.

Your Key Impacts:

• Perform detailed horticultural work: meticulous weeding, expert pruning, and mulching.
• Ensure pristine site presentation through daily trash policing and light maintenance (e.g., asphalt patching).
• Act as the primary client contact with daily communication and weekly meeting attendance.
• Work independently across all sites.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of professional landscape or grounds maintenance experience.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills for professional client interaction.
• A valid NC driver’s license with a clean record.
• Proven ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with outdoor work and the ability to lift 35 lbs or more.
