Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm with weekend and after-hours availability when needed.
Responsibilities:
- This leader will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations.
- Overseeing the cleaning of facilities in Charleston and surrounding areas
- Work scheduling of account personnel
- Enforce work standards
- Conducting site evaluations/audits
- Inventory/equipment usage
- Budget control
- Troubleshooting/ problem solving
- Orientation/training of employees
- Safety compliance
- Customer relations
- Special project work as requested
Experience Required:
- 3+ years experience in a supervisory/manager capacity
- Knowledge of Google applications
- Shows strong leadership ability through past impacts at work or community involvement
- Great attitude and servant leader
- Good with computers
- Excellent people and leadership skills
- Experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team.
- Knowledge of human resource policies and practices
