Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Description:
We are hiring Flex Team Members to support our evening operations in High Point, NC. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, adaptable, and enjoy working in a team environment. As a Flex Team Member, you will assist with various tasks based on daily operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general cleaning, light maintenance, or logistical support

• Respond to dynamic task assignments based on site needs

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other team members

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to adapt to different duties and shift priorities as needed

• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and move throughout the facility

• No prior experience required – training provided
