Specialty Services General Manager

We're hiring a General Manager to lead our Specialty Services division, overseeing five branches and driving significant revenue expansion. You'll manage operations, develop new service lines, and build high-performing teams.

Location: Preferably based in Charlotte, Greensboro, or Winston-Salem North Carolina 
Travel: Must be willing to travel at least 50-75% annually 

What you'll do

• Drive tactical and strategic operational plans across five branches
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing management team.
• Continuously assess operational efficiency and implement improvements to maximize productivity.
• Manage budget and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards, including safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations and sales. Must be in a related field 
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills.
• Proven ability to build lead, and motivate teams.
