We're searching for a super-skilled Utility & Grounds Technician to join our crew in Asheville, NC

What's the Gig?

• Title: Utility & Grounds Technician (AKA Landscape Legend, Maintenance Maverick, Green Scene Guru... you get the idea!)
• Company: The Budd Group (The best in the biz!)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Rise and shine with the sunshine!)
• Pay: $16.00 an hour (That's right, cash for creating curb appeal!)

What You'll Do (Because you're a multi-talented marvel):

• Landscape Wizardry: Mow lawns, trim hedges, prune bushes, and make our grounds look like a botanical garden masterpiece.
• Plant Whisperer: Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees, nurturing them to thrive and add beauty to our surroundings.
• Snow & Ice Warrior: (Seasonally) Clear walkways and parking lots to keep everyone safe and sound.
• Safety Superhero: Maintain a safe environment for everyone by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
• And other heroic deeds as needed!

What You'll Need (Your Superpower Starter Kit):

• A love for the outdoors and a passion for landscaping and maintenance.
• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as valuable!
• Ability to operate and maintain various equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for fixing things.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (because even superheroes need backup!).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (because being friendly is super important!).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (you're strong!).
• Reliable transportation (so you can get here to save the day!). With a clear Driver's Record!
