Do you thrive in a mission-driven environment where your leadership directly impacts lives every day? St. Camillus is looking for a Director of Nursing to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care teams with heart, vision, and integrity.

About the Role

As our Director of Nursing, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care to our residents. You’ll lead a dedicated team of nurses and caregivers, shape clinical standards, and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines. From mentoring staff to managing budgets, your leadership will help us continue to provide the highest quality of life for those we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Develop and implement evidence-based nursing policies and procedures
• Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve SMART goals
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Mentor and develop nursing supervisors and caregivers
• Oversee performance evaluations, training, and continuing education
• Serve as a key leader during state surveys and audits
• Maintain a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence

What You Bring

• BSN from an accredited nursing school
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin
• 5+ years in a clinical management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical database systems
• CPR certification (NHA license a plus)
