Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.   

                

  1. General Policy
  1. Must be able to interact with management and quality to accommodate testing and quality needs, while providing excellent customer service.
  2. Run molders to produce test bars and plaques.
  3. Perform all testing needed to complete SRN’s.
  4. Coordinate all SRN activities to ensure a timely completion for the customer.
  5. Analysis of colors through spectrophotometer.
  6. Know product lines and the customer’s specifications.
  7. Required to work comfortably with Windows 7, and Office 2010/2013 including MS Word and Excel.
  8. Required to work comfortably with both English and Metric systems.
  9. Required to know basic concepts of algebra and perform proportions, percentages, and calculations.
  10. Practical and analytical abilities while able to multi-task.
  11. Maintain/improve laboratory cleanliness and organization.
  12. Laboratory equipment PM’s and verification.
  13. Train, coach, assist and verify manufacturing personnel to be able to properly perform in-process product inspections.
  14. Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.
  15. Update the RMA Code of Conduct standards.
  16. Other duties as assigned by the Technical Process & Product System Leader.

 

Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / Certifications

  1. Education:
  1. Must have High School diploma or of equivalent value.
  1. Experience:
  1. Must have good verbal and communication skills.
  2. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  3. Must have excellent time management skills.
  4. Must have computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  5. Ability to operate a fork truck.

  3. Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
  4. All injuries regardless of severity must be reported to your Supervisor/HR immediately.
