Part-Time Client Engagement Coordinator

Position Summary:  

 

The Client Engagement Coordinator will primarily focus on proactive outreach to NCSA clients. More specifically, a Client Engagement Coordinator will focus on reengaging NCSA members with our service by recommending next steps with NCSA and the recruiting journey. This position will work in support of our Recruiting Coach staff and marketing efforts to engage student-athletes (and parents) across many different sports and graduation classes.   

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive phone outreach to connect with NCSA members 
  • Provide guidance on next steps to take with the NCSA experience and/or recruiting journey 
  • Send and respond to emails and text messages regarding NCSA or recruiting related questions 
  • Schedule Coaching Sessions or Evaluation Sessions for NCSA members with their Recruiting Coach 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by manager 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Proficient computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) 
  • Effective note taking, attention to detail, and comprehension skills 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to handle a fast paced, production driven work environment 
  • Strong sense of teamwork and the ability to create and maintain positive relationship 
  • Flexible schedule, with the ability to work nights and weekends if necessary 
  • At least one (1) year of customer service experience preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
