Gymnastics Profile Evaluator Job Details

The Gymnastics Profile Evaluator will work with the Recruiting Coaches and assist them in their evaluation of players. This position is a part time, seasonal role that is has a flexible work schedule of 20-29 hours per week. You will be provided with a list of players daily to evaluate and document their skills for our team to match them up with potential programs. 

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each video and provide details on strengths and weaknesses of the player in question
• Assign a star rating to the student-athlete upon completion of the evaluation
• Match the recruiting profile with colleges at which the student-athlete would be a good fit
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Recruiting Services Manager

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of and the ability to evaluate the skill set and athleticism of an athlete
• Awareness of what talent levels match up with the various levels of college
• Must be self-motivated and driven
• Experience playing, coaching, and/or recruiting at the college level
• Former collegiate athlete or former/current collegiate coach
• Strong writing and typing skills (minimum of 40 WPM)
