HRIS Coordinator

The HRIS Coordinator will assist with operations and administrative support for executing, maintaining and proactively supporting the People Operations initiatives to meet operational, organizational and strategic goals and objectives.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all general People Operations-related inquiries including, but not limited to HRIS, benefits and payroll information
  • Process and track all terminations and internal changes Dayforce (HRIS system)
  • Send exit and change emails to teammates
  • Responsible for responding to emails in the general People Operations email inbox in a timely manner
  • Run required monthly reports and share with appropriate stakeholders
  • Complete verification of employment and other required paperwork
  • Partner closely with payroll, benefits, talent acquisition and business partners to ensure visibility
  • Responsible for ensuring all employment documents filed appropriately in Dayforce
  • Assist People Operations team with projects as needed, including system data and process audits, and other initiatives
  • Audit Dayforce regularly to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain organization charts for the business.
  • Ensure that office files are maintained with a commitment to ensure confidentiality of paperwork
  • Any other duties that may be within scope of the role.

 

 Knowledge, Skills and Ability 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field or relevant administrative experience in Human Resources
  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge or interest in applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources
  • Proficient with MS Office and data entry with Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills in person and via phone and email
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to respond with urgency to team member requests
  • Ability to maintain a high level of conduct and ethics in all team member and guest relations
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues and be team-oriented

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or HR certification
  • HR experience working in an environment
  • Experience with Dayforce or related HR and payroll software

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • The role will occasionally require extended during peak seasons
  • This position sits in a shared office with at least two other employees and receives with frequent visitors
  • This position is in an office setting working with a computer and sitting throughout the day.
