A Day in the Life
As a Resident Care Attendant (RCA), you’ll be a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, ensuring our residents receive daily care and support in a respectful and nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and recreational activities to enhance our residents’ quality of life.

How This Position Contributes to Our Mission

• Assist residents with daily living needs including bathing, feeding, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support using trauma-informed care practices
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to meet individual care plans
• Accurately document care and report any changes in resident condition

Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in caregiving, residential care, or working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Willingness to submit a portion of medical records for compliance
• Must not have a criminal history involving abuse or neglect
